Payment and Services

Understand that payments are generally non-refundable once a service has been performed, unless otherwise stated in our policies or required by law

Cancellation Policy: We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations initiated by us will not incur any fees.

Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

While we take precautions to perform services safely and professionally, the use of pressure washing equipment and water on your property carries some inherent risks, including the possibility of property damage, water intrusion, or slip hazards during service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunky Home Services LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hunky Home Services LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or any damage caused to third parties in connection with services performed at your request.
